Adventure Hub by Excursion Point ("Adventure Hub", "we", "us") is a brand operated by Excursion Point Tourism LLC, a tour operator registered and licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through adventurehubbyexcursionpoint.com, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

We collect information you give us directly when you buy a ticket or contact us, including:

• Name, email address and phone number (to issue your e-ticket and send booking updates)
• Payment details — processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or Paymob); we do not store full card numbers on our own servers
• Booking details — the ticket, date, time slot and quantity you select
• Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or contact forms

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you browse the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site working correctly.

• To process your ticket purchase and issue your e-ticket (including the QR code used for entry)
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and customer-service communications

• Excursion Point, our parent brand — tickets are fulfilled on the same booking system used across Excursion Point and its sub-brands

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and only for the purpose we've engaged them for.

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep your ticket selection while you check out, and cookies set by embedded third-party widgets (such as Google Reviews via Elfsight). We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to fulfil your ticket, handle any disputes or refunds, and meet UAE tax and accounting record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us about how it's used, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our tickets and activities are intended for purchase by adults. Age and weight restrictions for individual activities are shown on each ticket's page.
