Adventure Hub by Excursion Point is a brand operated by Excursion Point Tourism LLC, a tour operator licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Excursion Point Tourism LLC", "Adventure Hub", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a ticket or using this website, you agree to these terms.

• Each ticket is valid only for the activity, date and time slot selected at checkout, and for the quantity of guests purchased.
• A confirmation email with your e-ticket and QR code is sent immediately after payment. Please present this (digitally or printed) on arrival.
• Some activities have age, weight, height or health restrictions — these are listed on the individual ticket page and are the responsibility of the guest to check before purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation if a guest does not meet an activity's safety requirements.

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include any special offer discount shown at the time of purchase. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe, PayPal, or our Pay-on-Arrival option where offered. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error before a booking is confirmed.

• To change the date, time slot or cancel a ticket, contact us via WhatsApp or email as early as possible before your scheduled slot.
• Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the activity are generally non-refundable, as capacity has already been reserved on your behalf.
• We may cancel or reschedule an activity due to weather, safety or operational reasons, in which case you will be offered an alternative slot or a full refund.

All activities carry inherent risk. Guests must follow the instructions of on-site staff and safety briefings at all times. We may remove any guest from an activity whose conduct puts themselves or others at risk, without refund.

The content, branding and design of this website belong to Excursion Point Tourism LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing a ticket and not to misuse the site (including attempting to interfere with its normal operation).

Except where required by UAE law, Excursion Point Tourism LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in an activity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your booking.
